美容室のお客さんに九州の高菜漬けもらって、すごく美味しかったんです。自分でも作ってみたいなって思ったんですけど、レシピ全然分からなくて…。うちの狭いキッチンでも漬物用の容器とか置けるかな?重石とか特別な道具いるのかも気になります。業務スーパーで高菜自体売ってるの見たことないんですけど、白菜とかで代用できたりするのかな?詳しい方いたら教えてほしいです〜
