Hi everyone, after my duty last night I still had energy so I cooked a big pot of sweet soy pork with lots of pineapple, kasi my kids saw it in a Korean drama and kept asking me to try. I doubled the sugar because we Filipinos really love things extra sweet, hehe, and my husband said it tasted like Jollibee sauce mixed with Korean bbq. It turned out so good na wala nang natira, everyone finished two rounds of rice! Just sharing my little kitchen win, thankful I still had the energy to cook after a long shift.
