My night shift snack: sweet caramelized tofu win!

Hi friends, I just came off a 12-hour shift and instead of sleeping right away I got inspired to try caramelizing tofu with soy sauce, brown sugar, and a little garlic, kind of like what I imagine those Korean drama side dishes taste like haha. It actually turned out so good, sticky and sweet just how my family and I like it! I made a big batch since my siblings always finish food fast, and I used tofu I got fresh from the Carbon market yesterday. Honestly cooking after a tiring shift sounds crazy but it relaxed me more than resting, sharing this small joy with you all. Thankful for this space, mabuhay sa pagkaon!
